Chrishella Roché is a Milwaukee native, artist, educator, and entrepreneur making a meaningful impact through art and education. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Alabama State University and a master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Concordia University. Her leadership and impact have been recognized with the Alabama State University 50 Under 50 Alumni Award, the Michael H. Boyce Award from the University of Notre Dame—honoring entrepreneurs who exemplify service, leadership, and perseverance—and the 2025 BizStarts Inspirational Entrepreneur Award.
Since graduating from ASU, Chrishella has taught youth across the globe, including serving as a resident educator in Abu Dhabi, UAE. These international experiences shaped her worldview and now inform the way she engages and empowers youth and adults in Milwaukee.
As an artist, Chrishella specializes in acrylic pouring, using bold color and movement to create vibrant, expressive works. Her fearless approach to color has allowed her to develop a distinctive paint-pouring style that reflects both freedom and intention.
Driven by a commitment to service, Chrishella founded VIBEZ Creative Arts Space, a community-centered arts space where people can learn, explore, and connect through creativity. Through paint-and-sip experiences, workshops, and community events, VIBEZ makes art accessible while fostering confidence, joy, and community connection.
